Downtown Los Angeles Living

Imagine waking up each morning and looking over your mezzanine. You see an open design loft space with just the right mixture of urban and luxury. Judging by how quiet it is, you would never know that you’re in Downtown LA. Not until you looked out of your floor-to-ceiling windows to see the Los Angeles skyline. The ceilings are high and the space is not confined by walls making the place feel much larger in volume than your ordinary apartment or condo.

You go down to the second floor gym to meet with your personal trainer where you perform your daily cardio and resistance training program. After a great workout, you go back up to your loft, make breakfast in your granite and stainless steel kitchen. The track lighting hanging from theĀ  17ft ceilings produce just the right amount of lighting to enjoy your breakfast and newspaper.

After breakfast, you’re off to work, but you won’t be stuck in the traffic of your ordinary LA commuter because your office is two floors up in the same building. All of your clients that come to meet with you always comment on the beauty of the building and the openness of the loft space. This makes for a wonderful work day.

After work, you meet up with friends at the Starbucks a block away. You proceed to dinner at one of the many restaurants at LA Live. Bowling at Lucky Strike is always an option, but today you’re watching a live performance. When the Lakers are playing, the Staples Center is usually the place to be.

On the way home, you walk to the nearby Ralphs to pickup a few things you’ve been meaning to get. When you arrive back at your loft, you are greeted by the concierge. He gives you a package you’ve been waiting for. It’s a new art piece for your loft.

You’ve had a wonderful day and are ready to do it all over again. This is LA living. This is what it’s like to live in Downtown LA, Southpark District in the Reserve Lofts.
